    Chuck Norris as swamp Rambo drifts through this nonsense doing a fine-enough job—he’s clearly having fun, even if the movie isn’t. The plot is straight-up bonkers, flipping from one over-the-top idea to the next like a squirrel on espresso. Dialogue and pacing? Let’s just say they trip over their own feet a lot. But somehow, the messy action and ridiculous moments give it a strange charm—you can’t look away, even when it’s falling apart. R.I.P Chuck Norris.
