The older Kristin is also guilty of some of the worst acting I've seen in recent memory. Last negative is that the jump scares are starting to severely plague this serious. It's become so predictable and unearned. Takes a lot of the fun out of it. That aside this is a massive step above the last one. I thought the reveals in the movie were truly unquie and kept me guessing where the film would end up. I dug the end of the film as well. The creature was cool but really underutilized. Now that it's come full circle I will gladly have but Rose Byrne and Patrick Wilson. I do want to give props to the lead these past movies though. Even though both weren't as good as the first two.. she is fantastic and is capable of carrying the movie. Her side kicks on the other hand where striking out 70% of the time with their attempt at humor. I'd wait to see this at home but their is still enjoyment to be had.
