Insert Coin Ratings & Reviews
- neuroparadoxJuly 29, 2025If you grew up in or around arcades, you are probably going to like this just fine. And if you're a huge Midway fan, you are going love it! Since it is a comprehensive look almost exclusively at everything Midway with some other references peppered throughout. It's not about all arcade games, or the scene in general though, so just be aware. It's chapterized by games, basically, so if you find a section you aren't particularly interested in, you could skip it I guess, but I found it enjoyable and informative throughout. Main Chapters: 1. Narc 2. Smash TV 3. About the Williams + Bally/Midway merger 4. Terminator 2 5. About Company tensions 6. Mortal Kombat 7. NBA Jam 8. Mortal Kombat console versions 9. Revolution X 10. Mortal Kombat movie 11. War Gods 12. Cruisin' USA 13. The Grid
