When this movie came out, I waited for it to hit video because my friend told me—knowing how much I adore Paul Rudd—“oh my god, there’s a naked scene with him in it.” So I sat through the entire movie, waiting… and waiting… and waiting. Spoiler: it never happens. Cut to me, at three in the morning, calling my friend just to yell at him for lying to me. But here’s the thing: despite the crushing disappointment of no naked Paul Rudd, I really liked the movie. It’s funny, it’s sweet, and it has that classic Rudd charm that makes everything better. Is it his absolute best? Maybe not. But it’s still a solid, heartwarming comedy that hits near the top of his filmography for me.

It's about finding that friend and how his fiancée reacts to him having a close male friend. In real life, I have been the victim of jealous fiancés several times who feel very exposed when their other half has a close male friend, so I know all about the situation Paul Rudd is in. Explores the problem well. Good acting and a funny one too. Recommended.
