- jborn4christAugust 25, 2025My least favorite Michael Meyers movie.
- LivewireAdminOctober 22, 2025I guess when you're up to movie eight in a franchise you have to start being a little reactionary to keep it fresh. So they decided to capitalize on reality tv trends that were popular at the time lol It's baaaaad. Even with the occasional Bust Rhymes comedic moments. letterboxd: FilmPhanPA
- Jordan JonesApril 6, 2026Halloween Resurrection is the number 01 entry in the Halloween franchise that offends & frustrates me the most!! And my main reason why is that it totally undoes the victory of H20 and Laurie's whole arc from that film. Killing her off in the opening was a huge slap in the face to us Halloween fans and it was 💯 pointless, because this movie itself was totally unnecessary. They should have started an entirely new timeline, they could have still given us a Halloween movie after H20 in that way instead have a clean slate, because as far as I'm concerned to this day the true ending to the H20 timeline was in Halloween H20. Also the whole movie after is like watching a Scary Movie version of Halloween, its an absolute joke and Halloween Resurrection is my least favourite in this franchise. The disrespect that the makers shown to the iconic Michael Myers character offends just as much as them destroying that badass ending of H20 and killing Laurie off in the opening, they turn Michael into an absolute laughing stock in this its 💯 unforgivable. And finally my rating of the absolute shit 💣 that is Halloween Resurrection a 0.75/5 Stars & a 1.25/10 its terrible.
