The protagonist Chandu loses his father very early in life and seeing his mother's agony, he jumps to the conclusion that it's best to live without worrying about relationships. He meets Sandhya on his flight back to India. He is blissfully unaware that she is the sister of his arch enemy PR. Chandu works his charm and the two become friends by the time they land in India.
