Gone Girl Ratings & Reviews
- tellumAugust 17, 2025This is what happens when you don’t communicate with your partner.
- tnt.psdMarch 2, 2026Why was I cutting in and out of consciousness while watching this? “Oh, wah, boohoo, I got laid off. I guess I’ll fuck a 20-year-old.” As crazy as it sounds, that is the method. This makes me want to play Alan Wake. Why did they keep going back to the robot dog? Why was Tyler Perry in this? 😭 Ben Affleck cheats on his wife with my school’s most famous alumna. I’m a big fan of how freaky this story is. “You think you’d be happy with a nice Midwestern girl? No way, baby—I’m it.”

- Jordan JonesFebruary 23, 2026GONE GIRL - imo is one of, if not the best psychological thriller of the 21st Century and definitely David Finchers best this Century also. The performances from Ben Affleck & Rosamund Pike are excellent throughout and especially Rosamund Pike. she really does steal the show here. Also I've got to give a special shout out to Tyler Perry, he also gives one of the best performances of his career here, the only Actor that I felt was heavily miscast and looked like a fish out of water was Neil Patrick Harris, he was the ❌️ choice to play Desi Collings but apart from him all of the acting from everybody across the board is of a very high standard. I absolutely loved the cinematography, the whole pacing & dialogue was phenomenal all the way through and the storytelling was very well done & executed also. The atmosphere & suspense was present throughout the entire film and keeps you interested, invested & gripped from start to finish. I have to say that even though she was Nominated for best Actress, Rosamund Pike a 💯 without a shadow of a doubt should have won that Oscar for her potrayal as Amy Dunne, she really did bring that character from the novel to life and still to this day, as I'm writing this review on the 24th February 2026, is still a career best performance from Rosamund Pike. And she's always fantastic in everything she's in, but she was on another level when she played Amy Dunne, it was such a convincing & unforgettable performance from her.

- Daniel GustavssonOctober 11, 2024Terrible movie to say the least. Awful acting, especially from Ben Affleck, who drags this movie down even lower then it had to be. Awful awful story full of plot holes. It also feels like it's 6 hours long (and I usually like long movies). Overall I'm baffled how this kind of movie can be this bad. Probably one of the worst drama/thriller esque movie I have ever seen. All it needed was a solid plot, some suspense and preferably some believable acting. Unfortunetly it's not even close to having any of that.
- blasterixFebruary 2, 2026Could has been a really good movie but the end is totally unrealistic and totally unbelievable especially from the police . Total stupid ending that spoil the entire movie
- Michał HermanDecember 13, 2025Mind-blowing
- taylorOctober 11, 2025i love rosamund pike so much, god.
- Joseph KitchenAugust 7, 2025Watched this film over and over and the constant twists are crazy.
- jacxcxJanuary 12, 2026Mind blowing. The first part of the movie isn’t even that emotional, if anything, it’s almost quite flat. But the further you go, the more it becomes truly interesting, building up to an incredible series of twists that I genuinely did not expect. A really great film, well written and well acted.
- Oʂɯαʅԃσ RσყҽƚƚNovember 21, 2025It was a pretty nice psycho thriller. It had me guessing at times and there really weren't any dull moments. This film was well done with just enough suspense to keep me interested. The acting in this film was great as well.
- Pascal BollierOctober 19, 2025An unusual movie. i do not remember any film i was this engaged with where all the characters, with one execption (that being the female cop), are unlikeable total a*holes. i was fascinated by this. performances all good all around, i particularly enjoyed aflecks detached, unemotional portrayel, which made the sudden outbursts highly effective. good stuff!
- MELI ARMELIASeptember 27, 2025Amy dune the woman you are..
- mickerdooJuly 2, 2025Almost passed out in the theater from that one scene. Yes the dude messed up but homegirl is crazy. Core cast is incredible and enthralling.
