Fury Ratings & Reviews
- DKNovember 27, 2025Damn good movie! Every now and then I come back to it which is rare for me, most movies are watch ones and forget type of deal these days. The acting is 10/10, great story! The battle at the end is definitely not the most realistic lol, but enjoyable nonetheless.
- Jeff MyersNovember 21, 2025This is without a doubt my favorite war movie. Great actors, amazing performances, and really shows how war changes men without holding back.
- burtjohansonFebruary 5, 2025An incredibly entertaining WW2 movie I keep coming back to year after year. Is it perfect? No way. Historically accurate? Not even close. Beautifully shot, wonderfully acted, and brutally honest? You bet. Worth the time. You'll leave wanting a new haircut - guaranteed.
- ርልዪረFebruary 7, 2025I know I’ve never written a review before but THIS movie was that good. Just finished watching it, and I’m blown away- as a female who doesn’t watch war movies I saw this randomly and I saw familiar faces (Brad Pitt) so I gave it a try. Had me literally on the edge of my seat from beginning to end. It does a fantastic job at showing the gritty, gory, heart wrenching aspects of war- and I thought it had just enough character development and background. I personally like my movies to capture my attention throughout, and I don’t like “flashbacks” or too many backstories that really don’t need to be in the scenes. It gets too distracting jumping from past to present, where this movie was based on the past- and highlighted the characters just enough to make you feel like you know them, made you feel as if you were there with them. This movie had everything. Drama, suspense, emotional pulls, intensity and surprise- god it was so mf good. And it’s 2022 and I thought this movie was new, I’m shocked to see it came out in 2014. Video quality, and cinematography is amazing.
- EinieOctober 24, 2025Intens from start to finnish 😁
- mickerdooOctober 24, 2025Testament to war being haunting and dehumanziing. Perfect cast delivers a variety of characters. Great story. Could be a miniseries.
- NumiSeptember 11, 2025Fury (2014), directed by David Ayer, is a gritty and visceral World War II drama that follows a battle-hardened tank crew led by Brad Pitt’s character, “Wardaddy,” during the final days of the European campaign. The film is praised for its intense combat realism, strong ensemble cast—including Shia LaBeouf, Logan Lerman, and Michael Peña—and its unflinching portrayal of the psychological toll of war. Critics noted its atmospheric cinematography and brutal action sequences, though some felt the story leaned too heavily on war movie tropes and lacked deeper character development. With a Metascore of 64, Fury stands as a solid, if not groundbreaking, entry in the Fictional Military genre. Rating: 3.5/5 for me!
- pipanniSeptember 10, 2025Easily one of the best war movies from the last 10 years or more,"Fury" is raw, visceral, relentless, cruel and also amazing. Excellent direction, a stellar cast and some incredible performances (the lunch with the german girls, for example), this is one movie that definitely stays in your thoughts long after you finish watching it. The ending is frequently criticized, but not by me :)
- Plexxor the Pretty GoodJuly 5, 2025War is hell and this movie doesn't glorify it.
- Mikael ErikssonSeptember 1, 2025One of top 10.
- Nobody0007August 21, 2025Gritty, mostly good acting, a little over the top with some gratuitous violence, but a solid enjoyable watch with good pacing
- griffis007August 12, 2025Absolutely fantastic. Gritty, bloody and a must watch for any war fan.
- StairwaytothestarsAugust 4, 2025This is a grim and realistic betrayal of war and a very well made movie with good acting.
- AgentBlue34July 31, 2025This movie is great, it captures that dark and gritty side of the war really well especially with the cast spectacular acting in depicting a group that is unhinged because of what they went through in this era as well as the director setting the bleak tone from the very beginning, truly a work of art and so i give this film 8/10.
