At the "Dai Nippon Munenjuku" (Great Japan Regret School) in a certain provincial city, the headmaster, Chokichi Ikarida, dressed in a white headband and hakama, preaches the school's three rules: "patience, obedience, and devotion," and daily puts the town's quack doctor, Chuji, the nursery school director and babysitter, Bonta, the sheet metal worker, Kosuke, and the school's student, Hideo, through rigorous training with a bamboo sword. Just as Hideo and the others, dissatisfied with Chokichi, try to escape from the school, a mysterious beauty, Reiko Iwaki, appears. Reiko works day and night, trying to expose the evil deeds of the town's bosses.
