Final Destination 2 Ratings & Reviews
- fraggle67February 28, 2025Imo this is the best of the series. It has, by far, the best opening kill sequence.
- PhineasJuly 14, 2025The first one again, but better. I'm never driving behind a log truck ever again now.
- cultfilmlikerMarch 20, 2025Obviously one of the most realistic and terrifying scenes to have an impact on the American psyche as a whole. The meme of how many people avoid logging trucks on highways bc of this film is all too real. Some great kills! It’s good, bad, self-aware, and hilarious! The conclusion is a stretch to say the least but that last scene is an all-timer.
- paulfulbroJune 8, 2025Loved all the final destination movies 🎬
- daragon99July 6, 2025Not bad.
- domentedcowJune 27, 2025Probably the worst film in the franchise outside of the one we don’t talk about, but that just shows how consistent the franchise is. The opening premonition is also easily the best out of all of the films.
- Sarah JJune 7, 2025Ok, but Kimberly’s friends kind of deserved it?
- FranBizMay 29, 2025A great follow-up sequel to Final Destination. I love how everything intertwines with the first movie's characters and events. The opening of the movie leaves an impact on how you see a log truck in traffic. This is definitely a fun watch. Check it out.
- Roland SiposMay 28, 2025Highway log truck paranoia begins here. Bigger, bloodier, and even more creative.
- ZokkiieMay 19, 2025Not as good as the first one, but it has its moments. The big highway crash at the beginning is intense and probably the best part of the movie. After that, it kind of feels like a repeat of the first—more creative deaths, but not much new story-wise. The characters aren't super memorable, and the acting is hit or miss. Still, it's entertaining if you're into over-the-top horror and just want something mindless to watch.
- James SaenzApril 28, 2025deeply unserious and goofy ass movie. the actual setups for the kills (especially the entire opening premonition) are masterclasses in rube goldberg fuckery and are so entertaining to watch unfold. it’s a shame that the story is a nonsensical mess but that’s also part of its charm. like the original, i appreciate the attempt at cosmic horror by treating death as this omnipresent entity constantly seeking justice for being slighted, but aside from the kills (‘i’ll just put it on quiet mode’ is a peak scene) it can’t keep me engaged or terrified due to the campy and somewhat dated nature of its premise and execution. perfect ending though.
- PunisherApril 27, 2025The second movie in the series. The film gives you a miserable feeling every time you see a truck loaded with tree trunks on the highway. Here too, death cannot be outraged and it is still dead resourcefully.
- Connor MeehanMarch 29, 2025peaks too early, too many lore dumps, I miss James Wong's touch.
