- Hmmm I wonder3d agoWas actually pretty entertaining though pretty predictable especially since they give away early on who "The Ghost" is. But it was a constant John Woo style action till the end.
- Eddie Willis-BluntJuly 4, 2025Way better than I thought. Maybe they'll make a sequel
- RyezooMarch 16, 2025This is a ridiculous movie, but boy is it fun. Josh Harnett is great in this and I loved the bloody overthetop action. Surprisingly funny as well. The script is cliche and nothing is tremendously surprising but that’s not the point. I really hope a sequel gets made to this!
- UN1BALLApril 12, 2025If you order Bullet Train off Temu, this film would arrive, I'm very surprised Katee Sackhoff signed up, Josh doing his bad impression of Brad Pitt, Sky must have found the rejected pitch plot script in David Leitch's trash and passed off as a Sky Original.
- James TangJuly 2, 2025Bullet Train on a Plane. A surprisingly fun action piece with over-the-top violence. I hope Josh Hartnett continues to pursue action roles because I think he's found his calling.
- Kevin WardJune 30, 2025While the plot involves a world full of assassins for-hire and a world-threatening code-breaking machine—two of my least favorite and overused tropes—the film compensates with its unrestrained and gory fight choreography. The action sequences are inventive and satisfyingly brutal, featuring everything from improvised weapons to chainsaw massacres. Josh Hartnett looks like he’s having a blast, and I loved seeing Katee Sackhoff. I don’t know that I’ve seen Charithra Chandran in anything before, but she holds her own, even if her character doesn’t make a ton of sense. The narrative twists are largely predictable, and the film doesn't strive to be a cerebral thriller. However, for viewers who appreciate stylized violence and a self-aware approach to action, Fight or Flight offers a fun, albeit turbulent ride.
- Alex | Pop Culture BrainMay 9, 2025This movie is absolutely insane And to think I wasn’t going to see it at all I saw Fight or Flight So here’s the good and the bad without spoilers I’ve seen a lot of action movies this year Love Hurts, Novocaine, The Amateur, The Accountant 2, Havoc And finally something actually surprised me Fight or Flight, directed by James Madigan, starring Josh Hartnett The basic premise is Josh Hartnett is an ex secret agent and he has to detain a mysterious wanted hacker on a plane But of course shit goes awry and he has to punch his way out of it This could have been another John Wick or The Raid rip off But Madigan is after something more fun and silly, crafting some truly wild and very bloody action scenes in this tight space This movie had some really crazy kills that I was not expecting But throughout it has an excellent sense of humor and peppers in the right amount of silliness and excess Hartnett is great at nailing this tone, you could tell he had fun making this wild movie But I’ll also credit Brooks McLaren and D.J. Cotrona’s quick and twisty script, that doesn’t bogged down with clunky exposition or unearned melodrama And hats off to their punk rock ending that leaves you wanting more Now that said, I thought some of the 2nd act complications felt really forced And I was confused at times by how many bystanders there were on the plane And the layout of the plane’s various spaces. The filmmaking didn’t build a cohesive map of the place in my mind. Also there was some over the top, cartoony sound design This movie is currently flying under the radar, I doubt most people have even heard of it But if you love a truly fun action movie, definitely seek it out
- theicephoenixMay 18, 2025This movie is absolutely ridiculous, and I loved every second of it. It’s like someone fed an action movie script into a blender with a comic book and a six-pack of energy drinks. Josh Hartnett is out here having the time of his life, and honestly, so was I. The action? Bloody, over-the-top, and gloriously absurd. The jokes? Surprisingly on point, I actually laughed with the movie, not just at it. Sure, the script is full of clichés and you can see the twists coming from a mile away, but let’s be real: nobody came here for Shakespeare. I’m fully on board for a sequel. Bring on the chaos, just maybe add more explosions and snacks next time.

- stevencaceres245June 29, 2025Bullet train on a plane. I almost missed this movie due to the bad key art. The poster and advertising sucked, but this film was a lot of fun. Great action sequences and the film overall had a great pace. Just a fun, fun movie
- EvilbeastyJune 25, 2025Lots of action. Very entertaining
