Directed by José Luis MerinoLittle Europe, a town in the American West, is chosen as the site for a European Music Festival to be internationally broadcast on television. The election of judges jeopardizes the village's peace because the dormant antagonisms of the descendants of the Italians, Spanish, French, and Germans will be awakened.
