Eighth Grade Ratings & Reviews
- annanelson7January 9, 2026Validating and inspiring story, makes my younger(and current) anxious self feel seen. The acting, cinematography, and film score are all incredible, too.
- livwomack3d agoperfect representation of a middle school experience. i loved and related to this movie so much. plus the movie was made by bo burnham!! 💞
- Mason FitchueAugust 12, 2025The point is to cringe and it does it
- Ugurcan OrcunAugust 11, 2025Stellar performance from Elsie Fisher will make you grateful you’re old enough to drink.
- Rowan KrzysiakFebruary 12, 2025When treated like an extended TV episode of something, this is an inoffensive snippet of a Californian teenage girl's angst and for me the conversations it provoked while watching were more interesting than the film itself. It was fine but I wouldn't seek it out. Also the Dad character is pathetic in every way.
