I don't get it. Filmed in black and white (mostly black) . I'd call this a found-footage film.Though technically its a shaky cam film. I can't think of anything to recommend.

Eden Log is an interesting film, even though its core premise is somewhat clichéd. The story follows a man who wakes up in an unknown environment and slowly uncovers what is happening around him—a familiar narrative structure that has been used many times before. What makes the film stand out, however, is not the originality of the plot, but its atmosphere. The setting is striking and oppressive, creating a strong sense of mystery and discomfort. The soundtrack works very well with the visuals, reinforcing the film’s mood and helping immerse the viewer in its bleak world. Visually, the film makes creative use of limited tools, relying more on suggestion and ambiance than on exposition. Overall, Eden Log is an okay, reasonably solid film. It may not be groundbreaking in terms of storytelling, but it compensates with an intriguing aesthetic and a distinctive audiovisual identity. Considering how formulaic and “sanitized” much of today’s mainstream cinema feels, Eden Log comes across as a respectable and worthwhile experience.
