Directed by Erkan TahhuşoğluDöngü, living with her daughter, son-in-law, and grandchild in a poor neighborhood of Istanbul, has been working as a house cleaner in the home of a wealthy woman named Ayten for many years. One day, Ayten's Kosovar caretaker Lena has an accident in the house, and this incident triggers issues that escalate to legal proceedings between the parties. Pressured by Ayten and her son to convince Lena, Sevim finds herself caught in a web of class, moral, and ethical dilemmas.
