Dead Reckoning is a thriller that tells the story of Will Dacey, an assassin who finds he has just days to live. Armed with the knowledge of his pending doom and a fear of what awaits his murderous soul, he embarks on a journey to save himself in the eleventh hour. With the help of an associate and an ancient elixir, he is transported into the spiritual realm where he encounters the people he has assassinated over the years. Each person presents him with a chance to justify his actions or to repent for them. But with every passing moment the shadow of death comes ever closer, pulling him from life and forcing him to face his reckoning.
