If you’re looking for comedy, this isn’t it. This is more of a lecture with a few funny parts

A masterful performance by a comedic legend. Dave Chappelle's "The Unstoppable" is fearless, brilliant storytelling that solidifies his status as our most essential and thought-provoking truth-teller. Taking a few swipes at the Yiddites had me rolling. Great fun and a must watch.

Honestly, I wouldn’t even really call this a stand-up special. There was too much political conversation that I just didn’t care for. I’m a centrist, and it feels like no matter what, both sides take issue with that, which only reinforces how most people lean toward a side regardless of reasoning or context. I’ve always loved Dave Chappelle. I’ve watched everything from Chappelle’s Show to his movies, and his comedy has consistently been strong. But his last two stand-up specials have leaned heavily into politics, and I think they would’ve been better if that had been dialed back. There were moments with genuinely funny stories, which is what he does best. You can still watch it and get a few laughs here and there, but it’s not a must-watch and doesn’t hold up compared to his stronger stand-ups. Overall, it felt more like a mid-tier special than anything memorable.

Call me crazy but I found it more informative historically than funny. He chain smoked and drank the whole set 😂

Dave Chapelle tells stories of being a filthy rich ogliarch, painting them with a thin veneer of race. It makes perfect sense that Elon loves him, he’s the same guy. There is not an unpolitical moment in his damn thing, its all about being a 'have' surrounded by 'have-nots'. I guess its good that the comedy legends of yore never got as rich as this class of comics. Imagine Richard Pryor like this. Dave’s entire marker of success is lording it over the poors. This guy blows.

Not very funny and too much politics...

    A little preachy. But poignant

Seems a bit disconnected. The clever, witty, enthusiastic jokes of 2017-2019 may have been the pinnacle era of his career. I hope this isn’t the case, because he’s been the best ever, but his flow has been missing the past few years.

I think The Closer is still my favorite but this had some great stories and some great laughs. Dave just knows how to keep a crowd entertained. I need to see him live some day.
