Six people are brought together at the funeral of a childhood friend. While settling the estate, they discover a map, which leads them on a search for a long forgotten time capsule, at the request of their dead friend. What they discover reawakens repressed childhood traumas and leads them on a journey through their long abandoned childhood home: a home with a terrible secret and a mysterious dead girl who will lead them to their strange fates.
Where to Watch Crazy Eights
- ርልዪረMarch 9, 2025A good cast is wasted in this lazily directed film. It also suffers from not having a clear intention. It's not gory enough to be a slasher, which is what its situation suggests, but there are too many obviously supernatural elements to be a purely psychological horror. Thus it misses out being effective as either. A lot of swirly camerawork and people clutching their heads becomes boring very quickly and there are no real scares either. So, it's ultimately disappointing.
