- KenAdamson11 de mayo de 2026In his last feature film, we see Ray Harryhausen at full strength. The stop-motion, matte painting, and miniatures craft is on full display. The cast is stacked and the score is pure Strauss/Mahler romantic era leitmotif. This, as well as Jason and the Argonauts, deserve full restoration and remaster at 4k with the DTS-HD MA soundtrack it deserves. Nothing but fun here, 10/10

Ray Harryhausen's legendary visual effects retain much of their charm and remain a potent example of how VFX should support the movie and not the other way round.

These revolutionary effects captivated audiences, setting a new standard for fantasy films. However, the film hasn't aged well. Today, it feels like a low-budget production with a weak script and unimpressive production values.

Cuando el rey de Argos decide sacrificar a su hija y a su nieto Perseo, Zeus decide salvarlos y arrasar la ciudad.
