- ronan.s15d agoIllegal immigrant goes on a rampage and kills multiple innocent civilians. But it's okay, because he has gooooood intentions. In all seriousness though, if you took out all of the long establishing shots that do nothing to move the film forwards and exist purely to pad the run time, you'd have 10 minutes of a guy who simultaneously has a persecution and messiah complex, explaining why bananas suddenly doubled in price because of those darn young and brown people.

- Eric WidderJune 23, 2026It's a good movie at it's core and it gets points for being unapologetically honest, but the cinematography and editing is horrendous. Uwe Boll needs to stick to directing and take a break from being directory of photography of his own movies and let someone more experienced take over. There are so many bad editing cuts in the movie that it breaks the immersion. Overall, where the movie fails in aesthetics, it succeeds in the content other's are too afraid to tackle. Lastly, Armie Hammer (The Social Network) was really good in it, and without him it would have been a really shitty movie.

The direction is amateurish, with clumsy editing, flat cinematography, and scenes that drag on endlessly. The acting ranges from wooden to unintentionally comical, with characters reduced to caricatures instead of believable human beings. The dialogue sounds less like people talking than a string of internet comment sections stitched together. As for the "message," it's not brave or insightful—it's simplistic. The film pushes crude racial stereotypes, fearmongering, and an embarrassingly black-and-white worldview where complex social issues are reduced to "good guys vs. bad guys." That's not provocative filmmaking; it's lazy propaganda aimed at people who prefer resentment over reflection. Calling it "less of a movie and more of a manifesto" is probably the most accurate compliment you could give it, because it largely fails as cinema. Great political films challenge their audience while telling compelling stories. This one just preaches to the converted with all the subtlety of a sledgehammer. If this is the kind of "critical message" someone thinks Western men need, I'd suggest watching better films—and reading a few books. They might discover that complexity is a lot more interesting than simplistic, nauseating racism dressed up as courage.

- CaptStabbyJuly 1, 2026Ham fisted, far right propaganda trying to pretend screeching tribalist terror and rascism is some sort of well reasoned deep thinking position instead of the thoughtless lizard brain reaction of a cave man that I'm sure someone thinks should be taken extremely seriously, but anyone with a lick of sense will laugh their way though this far right wet dream or better yet dont waste your time.
- July 31, 2026It’s bad and not even fun bad. White savior protagonist is the cure for what ails Europe? Cool. Half of the movie is Arnie mansplaining, and then there are really drawn out buildups. Weird distortions on societal issues that essentially blame people who look different/are immigrants for everything wrong with humans. Save your time.
