- Kevin WardJuly 6, 2025Effective character drama with understated performances from both Jennifer Lawrence and Brian Tyree Henry. Feels rather slight for a drama surrounding characters processing their personal traumas and PTSD, but it’s an enjoyable watch. Actually really great to see Lawrence in a smaller film like this again. Her scene in the prison visiting with her brother was quite moving. Nothing monumental ground-breaking or awe-inspiring here, but a pleasant watch if you need one.
