- RyezooFebruary 15, 2025This atleast feels like a very original film. I'm stuck between loving this movie and just thinking it's OK. Viggo Mortensin's acting is the standout! The other being the wonderful cinematography. Gorgeous shots. The story is a little rocky for me. I was always interested, but found myself rooting for the rebelling kids and not liking the Dad's ways. The preaching is loud and at the end of the day it's a film that has a little too much to say. I found the ending to be a little lukewarm but I enjoyed the ride getting there.
