杰夫、卡伦、保罗、玛茜和伯特是5名即将毕业的大学生，他们决定在毕业之前大玩一场。于是他们选择了进入深山老林去度过最后一个学生时代的暑假。 在行驶了很长时间以后，他们的汽车上了一条颠簸崎岖的山路，驶向了一个偏远的小屋。他们决定在这个密林小屋里面露营。就在他们来到小屋后的第一个晚上，一个血肉模糊的人试图想要靠近他们，这是一个常年生活在森林里的人，被一种不知名的食肉细菌(或是病毒)感染，露出腐烂的肌肉和白色的骨头，像一具行尸走肉。为了自卫，保罗用火将那个人点燃，这才逃过了一劫。 可是灾难并没有就此结束。第二天，大家惊奇地发现卡伦的身体开始变得腐烂。他们这才意识到卡伦已经被病所感染。为了避免自己受感染，其余四人决定将卡伦单独锁在小屋里，然后他们到附近的小镇求人帮忙。但是，小镇的居民也无能无力。当他们回来的时候，卡伦已经只剩下一具白骨了。而此时伯特也发现自己被感染了，惊恐的他连忙开车逃命去了。同样，杰夫为了不受到感染，狠心的他抛弃了自己的女友玛茜，自己一人逃进了森林。

- Jordan Jones2026年1月1日What I really loved about Cabin Fever...is that the villain of the film is an invisible killer and that sense of dread, paranoia & isolation that it brings whenever somebody gets the disease. The gore and the practical effects, I thought was all very well done. I thought as a whole all of the characters were memorable and stood out in their own ways. Even the unlikeable characters stood out to me as well...and when you remember all of there names after, you know for a horror film especially has done a lot ✅️ I really liked how Eli Roth shot this. IMO Cabin Fever was very well paced and edited together nicely!!! However I did think the dialogue throughout most of the movie was quite weak, lame and not that much to write home about though. Overall I think this is one of the better and quite underrated horror films of the 2000's!!! I've always really enjoyed this movie...and is one that I do go back and rewatch about twice a year at least. I have a lot of nostalgia and a bit of a soft spot for it tbh.
