- jackmeatApril 18, 2025My quick rating - 3.1/10. Awful. Not sure if Bruce Willis has the Nic Cage syndrome and keeps spending all his money out of control, but he seems to take movie roles that are horrendous a few times a year now. And this one is just bad. The crew is aboard a ship to Earth 2, since we destroyed the first one (most likely foreshadowing for future generations). Onboard is a stowaway that is an alien only interested in getting there as well and killing all the humans as well. Ok, so sounds fine, but the acting is terrible, first off. Then the special effects are literally on par with the first Star Wars movie. Couple that with some monster creation that is like opening the free version of CGI animator and using the first blob-like texture as an alien. Shaking my head, thinking about it. Most likely worse than my rating, but I am biased towards Willis. If he keeps churning out this shit, that may actually start to change. Since these reviews were written, the true nature of the horrible health issue has been publicly revealed. Please read the family statement.
