Bill is employed in the car-barn of the trolley railroad, and his good nature makes him a favorite of the gang of fellow-workmen. So when word is received that Bill has fallen heir to a large fortune, the boys are almost as happy about this news as he is. In his new station, does Bill forget the gang? Not much. He manages that they enjoy as much of his dream as he does himself.
