- CrockettVice7d agoTerrible movie. The funny part is that I remember when this was being made, John travolta said that the source material for Battlefield Earth was better than Star Wars. It was based off L. Ron Hubbard's scientology books, if memory serves. If the source material was that good, it sure as hell didn't transfer to the big screen that well.
- jackmeatJanuary 1, 2025My quick rating - 2.5/10. About as close to a #turkey as you can get. How this one ever got greenlit is beyond me. Not to mention the cast that get to have this immortalized on their resume. Especially Forest Whitaker who is one of the great actors of our time that doesn't get the recognition he deserves often enough. If you are wondering if it is as bad as everyone said, IT IS.
