HERE is ruled by The President (Stanisław Tym), who is rich enough that he could live THERE, but he choses not to, as HERE he is the king. The story follows regular inhabitants of HERE, Newton (Maciej Stuhr) and his beloved Natalia (Joanna Kolaczkowska).
