A tragicomedy about seven youngsters who live in Villa Arjuna, under supervision of the youth safeguarding board. The board doesn't like the loose structure of group leader Arjan (Hugo Metsers) and threatens to intervene if the residents do not abide by the rules. But the youngsters have their own issues and their sometimes rather clumsy solutions thereto jeopardize the continued existence of the institution.
