Leggenda urbana vuole che talune famiglie americane avessero la mania di gettare nello scarico del wc, quando iniziavano a essere ingombranti, gli alligatori cuccioli comperati per il diletto dei figli e vuole anche che alcuni di questi sopravvivessero e crescessero benissimo nelle fogne cittadine, ricche di piccoli animali. Il film racconta la storia di uno di questi piccoli alligatori, che, divenuto enorme e cattivo (per aver mangiato i cadaveri di cavie di laboratorio oggetto di esperimenti ormonali), torna in superficie alla ricerca di prede più soddisfacenti.

- Zokkiie28 gennaio 2026Pretty cheesy and a bit clunky, but kind of fun. The effects are super ’80s and the pacing drags sometimes, yet it’s got a dry sense of humor and some goofy monster action that keep it watchable. Not amazing, but definitely an okay time
- jackmeat29 gennaio 2025My quick rating - 5.8/10. I will say this one held up through time. I still like the creative use of miniature sets and a full-size alligator for the effect of it looking huge. So in this giant animal on the loose, it wasn't some toxic waste that made it grow gigantic just good old-fashioned sewage and gasses after being flushed down the toilet. I am sure you can put this one together on what happens so check it out. I still enjoyed it, then again, I did like the first Lake Placid which I am sure you notice they watched this one.

Ford8 novembre 2024Interesting B-Movie....(Storyline based in or possibly the source behind a very popular urban legend...).and awesomely done for the time period it was created....I personally am a big fan of B-Movies...but to be fair to anyone who reads this review, if you're not a true movie lover this or any other B-movie may not be for you...
