Didn't realize Robert Englund had directed any films. This was a solid time, made better by the finale. Hoax’s make-up in the ending reminded me of Sleepwalkers, the 1992 Stephen King adaptation. Similar vibe too, at least from what I can remember. Seems like Englund didn't direct another film until 20 years later. Would be curious to see what that films looks like.
