第1話Rites of PassageFarmer, family man and rebel Ragnar Lothbrok is determined to sail west to discover new lands and riches despite an intimidating warning from his village's tyrannical leader, Lord Haraldson, who makes it clear in no uncertain terms that doing so could result in severe consequences. - Trial
第4話TrialRagnar insists that they wait until the next day to attack the village - knowing it's Sunday and that most will be at mass. They sack the village and Knut rapes one of the women. When Ragnar's wife intervenes, Knut tries to rape her and she kills him. They return home but Earl Haraldson accuses Ragnar of murdering Knut and orders a trial. Desperate to get a conviction, he offers Rollo a bribe to get him to testify against his half-brother. - Sacrifice
