第1話
クリスマススペシャル前編あれから3年。新マネージャーのギャレスは、軍隊を思わせる異常な几帳面さでオフィスを仕切っている。解雇されたデヴィッドは、自らのシングルをﾘﾘｰｽし、各地のパーティなどに”有名人”としてゲスト出演している。また、ウェーナム・ホッグ社を不当解雇で訴え、示談金を勝ち取ったにも関わらず、しょっちゅうオフィスに顔を出していた。そしてティムは、オフィスのクリスマス・パーティに婚約者と出席するドーンの帰国が気になっている。
クリスマススペシャル後編
第2話
クリスマススペシャル後編ドーンが挨拶のためにオフィスに立ち寄り、ティムの心は再び大きく揺れ動く。ギャレスの容赦ない警告と経理部のキースの賢明なアドバイスにも関わらず、彼は希望を捨てることができない。一方、デヴィッドはパーティに同伴する女性を探すため、結婚紹介所の世話になっていた。各地のナイトクラブに1回500ポンドでゲスト出演する傍ら、紹介された女性たちに会ってみるのだが、なかなか理想の相手には巡り会えない。そしてクリスマス当日、いつもの冴えないパーティが始まった。
