High as a KiteGibsons becomes a mini Perto Vallarta as a school fundraiser gets Nick and Jesse involved in an exciting parasailing adventure. In the midst of this comes Venetia Amberly, a slightly scatty painter who sets her sights on Nick. Nick and Jesse's bad luck (and Relic's greed) gets Relic in on the parasailing, and Venetia's shennannigans add spice to an already colorfl week-end.
