Reno was also there to catch Tracy, coz he is a wanted man, but when the men took him, Reno took Charlie. She gives Reno a really hard time, but she then tries to help him finding her father. In the meantime, Hound Adams is buying stolen things and then sells/trade them again. He keeps on ripping his ""customers"" off. Tracy escaps from the bad guys (Walker and Doyle) then looks for Charlie. He had a ""run-in"" with Reno at a house, but he gets away from Reno. Back at the hotel Bobby played pokker with Charlie, but she keeps on winning. Reno tells Bobby (over the phone) about Tracy getting away again and Charlie tells them where

South of 98The Bay town center is terrorized at night regularly by black road course, whose leader is the young person Clarence "Dex" Dexter. When thereby a murder happens, Reno wants to snatch Dexter. But in the quarter of the black ones Reno is isolated. It knows Danny Alexander, which director/conductor of the youth center, on its side to pull, shows itself but as error: Dannys daughter Lynette falls in love with Dez and betrays Reno and Bobby to the course.
