AugustSix months after the first season concluded, the Russian occupation still holds Norway in a firm grip. In the first episode of the second season, we follow the steps entailing thecfornation of an exile government and the negotiations with EU & Russia in the wake of a military confrontation at a gas plant.

SeptemberRussia has arrested the Coast Guard soldiers who were behind the action at Melkøya, Anita Rygg has promised that they will be handed over to Norway, but when one of the soldiers is killed, it becomes more problematic.

OctoberThe Coast Guard members are sentenced to one of the most severe punishments available. Meanwhile, terrorism continues and Anita wants to negotiate an amnesty with Free Norway to calm the people.

NovemberThe group holding Jesper is willing to sell him to the Norwegian authorities, but when they find out that the Russians are behind the agreement, they order his execution.

DecemberJesper has managed to get to Paris and to Astrid and her partner Jerome, but it doesn't take long for the police to find and arrest him. Jerome then comes to the rescue.
