父の死の謎“片太刀バサミの女”を追い求め、本能字学園に転校した流浪の女子高生・纏流子。 本能字学園には着た者に特殊な能力を授ける『極制服』があり、その力と絶対的な恐怖によって生徒会会長・鬼龍院皐月が学園を支配していた。 “片太刀バサミ”を知るという皐月。 流子は皐月にその事を聞き出そうとするが…。 その出会いは、偶然か、必然か。 学園に巻き起こる波乱は、やがて全てを巻きこんでいく！

But on the other hand, it's more style than substance. It's disappointing, considering the talent behind it, Masahiko Ôtsuka and Hiroyuki Imaishi, who already showed that with FLCL and TTGL, you can have both.
