古代インカ帝国の秘宝「ギギの腕輪」を狙う悪の組織「ゲドン」。

ゲドンを率いる十面鬼ゴルゴスは、自身が所有する「ガガの腕輪」に「ギギの腕輪」を合わせることで超エネルギーを手に入れようと目論んでいた。

アマゾンの奥地で育てられた日本人青年・アマゾン(山本大介)は、長老バゴーによる改造手術と共に「ギギの腕輪」を移植され、腕輪を守るべく日本へと送られる。

腕輪を狙って襲い来るゲドン、そして「ガランダー帝国」。友達の岡村まさひこや人々を守るため、アマゾンは「アマゾンライダー」となり牙をむく！
