Soon after meeting the pair move to a cottage in the countryside to see how thing go, along with a few funny scrapes in between, before they finally commit to tying the knot. This series is a real tonic that never fails to lighten my mood and the scenic English countryside is a joy to behold. It is a shame they only made one series, but this was only because Ronnie Barker had decided to retire from show business after making this.
