イラク。米軍の軍曹ニックは、空爆の跡地で古代の遺跡を発見する。考古学者のジェニーとともに調査したところ、遺跡には古代エジプトの王女アマネットのひつぎが眠っていた。アマネットは自らの王位を確かなものとするため、父王や赤ん坊の王子を殺し、生きながらミイラとして封印された呪われし王女だった。ひつぎを英国へ運ぶため輸送機に乗り込んだニックとジェニーだが、上空でニックの相棒が王女の呪いに体を乗っ取られる。
