It’s unnerving without going over the top, and the cast’s natural performances keep you invested — which is more than you can say for half the modern horror flicks out there. It won’t reinvent the genre, but if you like creeping dread, tight spaces, and a priest who actually acts like a human being rather than a scream machine, The Devil’s Doorway is worth a watch.
