If you stay with it, the story eventually pulls together, and the ending makes sense, though it feels a bit like Don Quixote chasing something that was never really there. I can’t say I enjoyed it, but Sinatra carries it in his own way, essentially playing Frank Sinatra, a self-contained, stubborn man who relies on no one but himself.
