The feature film addresses the symbolic stories of 4 young black men from Rio de Janeiro's metropolitan area, who had their life stories suddenly disturbed after being falsely accused of a crime based on photographic evidence. Thrown out in a new reality, from the penal institution to the courtroom and passing through cold marble hallways, complex court actions, and flowery language, these stories reveal that behind conflicts and legal stances are people, many innocents, and the debate about the legal system is really a debate about the structure and progress of society itself. The project was selected in 2021 for a DOCSP Laboratory and has partnerships with the Association of Judges for Democracy (AJD) and the Brazilian Law Organization (OAB).
