監督:Jaume Balagueró, Paco Plazaテレビのドキュメンタリー番組を制作中の女性レポーター・アンヘラは、通報を受けた消防隊に同行してとあるアパートを訪れる。そこには血まみれになって立ちつくす1人の老婆がいた。老婆は駆けつけた警察官を突然襲いはじめ……。閉ざされたアパートの中で想像を絶する恐怖に見舞われる人々の姿を、手持ちカメラ目線によるドキュメンタリー・タッチの映像で描き出し、本国スペインで大ブームを巻き起こしたパニック・ホラー。
