Steve and Friedrich are two brothers, who work as hackers, the first belonging to an intelligence agency and the second formerly expelled from it. Both are looking for documents that deal with the construction of a large-scale nuclear device. One looks for them to destroy them, while the other for a millionaire with power lust.
