Factory owner Nurettin Bey plans to make a profit by buying up land in a neighborhood that is set to become an industrial zone at a low price. However, Ayhan, the nephew of Kadir Ağa, a resident of the neighborhood, explains the situation to the residents. Nurettin Bey's plans are thwarted.
