- jasonfin22026年4月8日My absolute favorite movie of Tarantino, from the actors, to the story, to the soundtrack, the directing, everything about this just clicks for me and in my opinion will be his most remembered work (maybe Kill Bill?) over time. I highly recommend this film and it was great to see Pam Grier from those many 70s exploitation movies and Robert Forster from the Alligator movies (Much better than the name sounds) on the big screen again. Wonderful performances by them both.

The rather complicated plot requires concentration; you have to switch off all distractions and follow the slow development of the situation: it's a bit like film noir, where characters wander around, talk and seemingly not much happens. The script is interesting, the acting and dialogue are natural, and the soundtrack is sensational.
