The animation works well to fill out the visual medium in what would otherwise, be an in-depth podcast. In that way, I don’t think the animation adds much to Amin’s story, but it certainly doesn’t detract from it either. Emotionally moving and a stark reminder that sometimes freedom comes at an immeasurable cost.
