- Mister Arn2025年5月18日I only watched "Diamonds" because I've been trying to view all of Kirk Douglas's movies. Watching the character played by Douglas working to recover from a stroke, just like he was in real life, made the film feel more real. In some ways, it was like John Wayne's "The Shootist," and not just because of Lauren Bacall. If you're a fan of Kirk Douglas, you should watch "Diamonds."
