Sebastian Brandt, the hotel's charmingly stubborn chef de cuisine, sees things very differently: For him, inspiration and artistic power come from a conscious devotion to good wine and excellent food. And no matter how harshly Lotta initially rejects his delicious creations, Sebastian is undeterred and serves her a lovingly prepared menu every day.
