After traveling the world with his salsa music, Azuquita, a Panamanian musician, is going to discover Cuba. In the 1940s, the great salsero Camille Rodriguez, his father, was a star there. The son is welcomed as a child prodigy by his father's fellow musicians. They have aged quite a bit but have lost none of their greatness. They formed a group, Los Jubilados (The Retirees).
